Ingredients:
- Mozzarella lel’ mini – 125g
- Shrimp (boiled) – 150g
- Greens mix (salad, arugula) – 70g
- Sweet red pepper – ½ ps
- Olives – 6-7 ps
- Avocado – ½ ps
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Step by Step Cooking:
Wash greens, peppers and avocados
Put slices of greens all over the surface of the dish
Cut in small pieces of avocado and pepper, spread over the greens
Drain the mozzarella brine, place on a platter
Peel the shrimp
Arrange on a platter
Decorate the salad with olives
Season the dish with oil
