Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella Lel’ mini125 g
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Nut mix (hazelnut, cashew) – 30g
  • Pumpkin – 250 g
  • Grape or olive oil – 15 g
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Mixed salad (choice of greens on your taste) – 70 g

Step by Step Cooking:

    Wash the pumpkin and avocado, clean them and cut into square shapes.

    Place the pumpkin onto the baking pan, add olive oil.

    Cook the pumpkin for 10-15 in the oven, at 190 degrees C.

    Take out from the oven, let it cool.

    In a bowl, mix the green salad, pumpkin, mozzarella, nuts and avocado.

    Top with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix.
