Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour – 2 cups (300 g each)
  • Glass of water1 (150 g)
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast – 1 g

Ingredients for filling:

  • Mozzarella Lel’ Professional – 70 g
  • Gorgonzola or Dor Blu cheese – 30 g
  • Radomer cheese – 40 g
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese30 g
  • Cooking cream – 70 g
  • Fresh pear – 40 g
  • Fig – 30 g
  • Honey – 20 g

Cooking step by step:

    In a clean bowl for your cooking aid, assisted with the proper mixing handle for dough, add in cold water, flour and dry yeast.

    2 Mix it for around 4-5 minutes, add salt.

    If required- clean the walls of the bowl, add olive oil and mix this mass for 5 more minutes- the dough must be elastic without bumps.

    Then let it sit for 10 minutes and begin forming balls with a round shape around 200 g/each.

    Place into refrigerating cabinet, sealing with clear cooking foil.

    After taking it out from the fridge, let it sit for 15-20 minutes to warm up.

    The filling for the pizza:

    Cover the top of the rolled out dough with cooking cream, add grated Mozzarella Lel’, Dor Blu or Gorgonzola and fresh pear cut into long thin pieces. All of these components must be evenly distributed onto the dough. Cook the pizza at 200 degrees C, around 15-20 minutes. Your pizza may then be cut into 8 pieces and topped with grated Parmiggiano Reggiano, figs and honey.
