Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedures for obtaining, storing, processing, using, and disclosing personal data of Users. The MILK MASTERS LLC (USREOU code 40188978 ), the owner of https://lel.com.ua web-site receives personal data of Users when registering in the Feedback Form on the Website and using the Website. 

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms: 

Website — a web page located on the internet at: https://lel.com.ua 

Website administration – authorized employees, acting on behalf of MILK MASTERS LLC, who organize and process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions or operations carried out with personal data. 

User —  an individual who has posted their personal data when registering/using the Website. 

Feedback form – a special form where the User places their personal data during registration in order to transfer them to the Website Administration. 

Personal data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified. 

Personal data processing – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, usage, and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems or without the use of such means. 

Personal data confidentiality – mandatory requirements for the Website Administration to follow in order to prevent disclosure of User personal data without their consent or other legal basis.

2. GENERAL TERMS

2.1. This Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administration which determines the procedure for processing personal data of persons using the Feedback Form on the Website. 

2.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. 

2.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of the User’s personal data are governed by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine. 

2.4. The current version of the Privacy Policy is a public document developed by the Website Administration and available to any Internet User when using the Website. 

2.5. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. 

2.6. When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Website Administration notifies the User about it by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website https://lel.com.ua 

2.7. The User’s use of the Website means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data. 

2.8. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User should stop using the Website. 

2.9. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Website User.

3. TERMS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

3.1. The User’s personal data, such as: 

  • full name of the User; 
  • contact phone number of the User; 
  • e-mail; 
  • address; 
  • additional information provided by the User shall be transferred to the Website Administration with the User’s consent. 

3.2. The transfer of personal data by the User to the Website Administration through the Feedback Form means the User’s consent to the transfer and processing of their personal data. 

3.3. The Website Administration processes information about the User, including their personal data, such as: the User’s name, the User’s contact phone number, e-mail address, as well as additional information about the User, which is provided by them at their own request. 

3.4.  The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the following principles: the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data; compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared when collecting personal data; compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data with the method of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing; inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes. 

3.5. The Website Administration processes the User’s personal data with their consent in order to: identify the User; establish feedback with the User, including the direction of messages, requests related to the use of the Website, the provision of services, the processing of Orders from the User; notifying the User of the Website about the status of the ordered consultation or meeting; to carry out activities for the provision of services; providing the User with information of an advertising nature; providing the User with information on the receipt of services provided by MILK MASTERS LLC.

4. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND USAGE

4.1.  The storage of personal data involves actions to ensure their integrity and the appropriate mode of access to them. 

4.2.  The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and is used exclusively for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTY

5.1.  The User’s personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy. 

5.2.  The provision of the User’s personal data at the request of state and local self-government bodies is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. 

5.3.  The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or a person authorized by them is allowed in cases determined by law, and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.

6. TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION

6.1.  The User’s personal data is stored on the electronic media of the site indefinitely. 

6.2. The User’s personal data is destroyed at the request of the User on the basis of their request, or on the initiative of the Website Administrator without explaining the reasons by deleting the information posted by the User by the Website Administration, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

7. USERS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1. Users have the right to: 

  • know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of data processing; 
  • receive information on request from the Website Administration regarding the processing of their personal data; 
  • receive information about third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred; 
  • submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data; 
  • submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate; 
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; 
  • know the mechanism of personal data automatic processing. 

7.2. Users are obliged to: 

  • provide information about personal data necessary for the use of the Website; 
  • comply with the requirements of the law when using the Website and providing personal data.

8. MEASURES TO PROTECT USER DATA

8.1. The Website Administrator takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, illegal processing, as well as from other illegal actions.

9. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES

9.1.  In case of violation of the legislation on the protection of confidential information, as well as the provisions of this privacy policy, the parties are liable as established by law. 

9.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information: 

  • became public domain before its loss or disclosure; 
  • was received from a third party before its receipt by the Website Administration; 
  • was disclosed with the User consent.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. In disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website Administration, the priority is to resolve the dispute in a pretrial manner by filing a claim. 

10.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration. 

10.3. In case of non-settlement of the dispute in the pretrial procedure, the parties may apply to the court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. 

10.4.  The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

11. POLICY REGARDING COOKIES, USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND OTHER ANALYTICS SERVICES

11.1. A cookie (a small file with profile settings) is used to describe information in the form of text or binary data received from a website on a web server, which is stored by the browser and then sent to the same site if it is visited again. Cookies store Users’ preferences and preferences on the site, such as language, location, information about viewing ads, etc. 

11.2. We use cookies in the operation of the site. With their help, it is possible to identify the browser of users who visit our site again, it is possible to save user settings and other information in these files. You can set your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when they are sent. 

11.3. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and other analytical services for analyzing websites and applications. 11.4. The use of this information helps the Website Administration to make the site as convenient and useful as possible for Users/Consumers, to maintain, protect and develop the services of the site https://lel.com.ua

12. ADDITIONAL TERMS

12.1.  The Web-Site Administration has the right to make changes to the current Privacy Policy without the consent and advance notice of the User. 

12.2. A new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
