1998
The year of birth of the Ardis Group, which became a pioneer of importing unique cheeses to Ukraine from different parts of the world and introduced the culture of their consumption.
2005
For the first time the Ardis Group has brought famous Italian cheeses to Ukraine - mascarpone, burrata, ricotta and, of course, mozzarella! The cheese tastes of Ukrainians have not been formed yet but that was just the beginning.
2010
The first attempt to launch a brand of fresh cheeses was made on rented facilities and with a borrowed name. There were only two recipes - mozzarella in a loaf and pizza cheese product. Well, our key clients were pizzerias.
2014
Fresh cheese assortment is expanding. There are also more requests. It is high time we bought our own factory. That's how the Molochna Maysternia for manufacturing fresh cheese appeared. Lel' brand was born in parallel.
2019
Our own factory's launch is at the finish line. In March Lel's brand moved to our own production facilities at the Molochna Maysternia. Lel' fresh cheese was winning chefs' hearts and stomachs . Our main sales channels were restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and hotels.
2021
Lel' has turned a new page. It is high time we got straight to the supermarkets' shelves and won hearts of consumers. In partnership with Banda Creative Agency we created a new positioning of Lel', a cheat code alowing anyone to become a chef in 15 minutes. And also a new label and a development strategy. The product line is expanding with exquisite cheeses - stracciatella and burrata.
2023
We rebranded, introducing consumers to the magic of three ingredients on packaging. We expanded the product line, in particular, we started producing smoked mozzarella, cream cheese, mozzarella in brine, relished ricotta, etc.
Our smoked mozzarella won the bronze at the World Cheese Awards 2023. Together with Come Back Alive Foundation we created a snack of mini smoked mozzarella. We donate every 3 UAH from their purchase to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

ФІЛОСОФІЯ ТРЬОХ ІНГРЕДІЄНТІВ
Напевно, немає людей, які хоча б мінімально не стикалися з процесом приготування. І в цей момент так хочеться, щоб все було зручно і бездоганно: не потрібно витрачати час на нарізку, розпакування або додаткову підготовку продуктів. І це серед кулінарів любителів. А що ж говорити про професійну кухню?
Ось ми і вирішили дізнатися, пішли трохи далі та сформували команду, яка частково складається з кухарів-технологів, частково з кулінарів любителів та просто розумних і талановитих людей, які з кулінарією стикалися частково.

На власному досвіду ми пройшли крізь процеси, з якими щодня стикаються професійні кухарі та кулінари любителі. Все це дозволило нам по-іншому подивилися на приготування і прийняли для себе нову філософію – «легкість і простота».
