SMOKED MOZARELLA SPAGHETTI

Imagine yourself as a ninja. Lock yourself in the kitchen and shred! Instead of a katana, you have a kitchen knife, because today you are a ninja chef! You are cooking spaghetti with a lot of smoked mozzarella. Add some jamon, tomatoes and cheese. But cut cheese with love. It is the main ingredient.
What you need:
  • Spaghetti - 300 g
  • Jamon – 130 g
  • Smoked mozzarella – 130 g
  • Yolk - 3 pcs
  • Cream – 15% 80 g
  • Olives – 50 g
  • Cherry tomato - 70 g
  • Freshly ground pepper - to your taste
  • Salt - to your taste
  • Vegetable oil - 30 g
What you will do:

1. Heat the water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti to al dente.

2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry half of the jamon.

3. Add cream, grated smoked mozzarella, yolks and continue cooking over low heat until creamy.

4. Put the spaghetti in a colander to remove excess water, and immediately transfer it to the pan in the sauce. Mix everything.

5. Put it on a plate, garnish with fresh jamon, cherry tomatoes and olives.
